We at ShareGrove have clear objectives regarding privacy and have created this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. This policy governs the Website (at http://www.ShareGrove.com). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and considered part of the Terms of Service (available at http://www.ShareGrove.com/file/terms.html). Capitalized terms not defined herein are defined in the Terms of Service.
By submitting Personal Information through our Website you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the processing of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. "Personal Information" means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data.
We do not intentionally gather Personal Information about visitors who are under the age of 13.

However, some features of ShareGrove may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled. None of the information within these cookies is tied to your Personal Information.
We may from time to time engage third parties to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage and volume statistical information from visitors to our Website. These third parties may use cookies to help track visitor behavior. These cookies will not be used to associate individual website visitors to any Personal Information.
From your web browser– When you use ShareGrove, we record and maintain a log of requests sent by your browser to our web servers. This information includes information such as the URL that was used to view our Website, your PCÍs Internet Protocol address, your domain name, browser type, operating system, and the time/date of the request. We may use different types of technologies to collect this information, such as log files and GIFs. None of this collected information contains Personal Information.
We may create non-personally identifiable information from Personal Information by excluding information (such as your name) that make the information personally identifiable to you.
Registration– When you select to register for a ShareGrove Account on our Website, we request you provide information, such as your name, email address, user name, and password to register your ShareGrove Account. ShareGrove uses this information to provide Website Services to you, and it is not shared with any third parties for their promotional purposes.
Other information you provide - We may also retain information on your behalf, such as information that you store using your ShareGrove Account. If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the feedback or e-mail. When you participate in one of our surveys, we may collect additional profile information. When you post messages on the Pods (as defined in the Terms of Service) our Website, the information contained in your posting will be stored on our servers and other users of the Pods will be able to see it. We also collect other types of Personal Information that you provide to us voluntarily and at points in our Website that state that Personal Information is being collected.
Third Party Companies- We may receive Personal Information or other information about you from third party sources, including providers of the Third Party Items (as defined in the Terms of Service) ("Third Party Companies"). Our Third Party Companies may supply us with Personal Information. We may add this information to the information we have already collected from you via our Website in order to improve the Website Services and other products and services we provide.
General Use- In general, Personal Information you submit to us is used either to provide you the Website Services, respond to requests that you make, or to aid us in serving you better. Such uses may include: to facilitate the creation of and secure your ShareGrove Account on our network; identify you as a user in our system; provide improved administration and quality of experience of our Website Services and other products and services; send you e-mail notifications; respond to your inquiries and requests; or for marketing purposes of the Company unless you have opted-out of such marketing.
Aggregate, non-personal information we collect is used to improve the quality of our Website Services --for example, by diagnosing service or technology problems, or assessing and maintaining security. ShareGrove will not rent or sell your Personal Information to third parties for their promotional purposes. ShareGrove may share your Personal Information with entities outside of ShareGrove in the following limited circumstances:
To our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons acting as a service provider on behalf of ShareGrove.

We may share aggregate, anonymous, non-personal information with interested third parties in order to help them understand usage of the Website Service. How We Protect Your Information
ShareGrove has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Personal Information and or other information under our control. This Website uses industry standard measures to protect the security of your information. This is not a guarantee that your information may not be accessed or disclosed by a breach of our systems as no form of security is ever 100% secure. We take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your ShareGrove Account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information at all times.
Your Choices About Your Information
You may choose not to submit Personal Information through ShareGrove, in which case ShareGrove may not be able to provide certain Website Services to you. You may update, correct, or delete your ShareGrove Account information and preferences at any time by logging in to your ShareGrove Account. Please note that we may be required (by law or otherwise) to keep information you request to delete and/or not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives. You can review and correct the information about you that ShareGrove keeps on file by contacting us directly at privacy@ShareGrove.com .
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision in accordance with our Terms of Service. In any event, changes to this Privacy Policy may affect our use of Personal Information that you provided us prior to our notification to you of the changes. If you do not wish to permit changes in our use of your Personal Information, you must notify us prior to the effective date of the changes that you wish to deactivate your ShareGrove Account with us. Continued use of any Website Services following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
Opt-Out Policy
ShareGrove reserves the right to send customers certain communications related to servicing your ShareGrove Account on our Website, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your ShareGrove Account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them as theyÍre not promotional in nature.
You can opt-out of news and announcements by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send you. If you change your mind about receiving promotional information from us after registering to receive it, please send us a request specifying your new choice at privacy@ShareGrove.com and we shall honor your request or by selecting the "Unsubscribe" link in each email we send.
Data Storage
ShareGrove uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Website Services. You retain all rights to your information. These third parties are not allowed to use your Personal Information for any promotional purposes.
Email a Friend
When you select to invite your friends to ShareGrove or to share a Pod (as defined in the Terms of Service) with them, we collect your friends email information to send an email invitation to join the Pod and to notify them periodically of updates to the Pod. They can opt-out of such updates by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send them. This information is not used for any other purposes unless they register on our Website.
